Dawn extremely accommodating when the closed M6 made us a few hours late. VERY comfortable room. Cooked breakfast preordered and excellent along with cereal and juice.

"Perfect in every way."

The host, Dawn, is lovely. We booked 4 rooms for a family wedding. Dawn was very accommodating in allowing all the groomsmen to come over and get ready in one of our rooms and as they had travelled a long way she even gave them breakfast at no extra charge. Rooms are comfortable. Large screen TV. En-suite, sofa, kettle to make hot drinks, lots of tea amd coffee, biscuits and even a small jar of chocolates. There is a large car park outside and the guest house is less than 10 minutes walk to the Old Blacksmiths where the weddings are held.

Nothing. Everything was just lovely.
