Very homely. Dawn was lovely let us choose our room. She was welcoming and her breakfast was 1st class. Plenty of parking while we were there .

Perhaps an extra shelf in the downstairs bathroom for my wash bag .

"Great host, beautiful room and delicious breakfast!"

Dawn was a wonderful host! We arrived quite late in the day and she recommended some good dinner options for us. Our room was lovely and even had a lounge which was great! Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The bed was very comfortable. Dawn had thought of everything, including chocolates and toothbrushes.

We like everything!
