Everything!!! Felt like I was visiting family. Great bed cosy and warm. Cleanest place I’ve been in. Dawn is the best she made us feel so comfortable.

Dawn was a lovely host - friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless with thoughtful items provided. I liked the decor which was so individual compared to bland corporate chains. A good breakfast with plenty of options. Good location to break a long journey or visit Gretna Green.

"Lovely, homely stay with wonderful host"

Our host Dawn went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There was lots of little welcoming touches around the property (chocolates, toiletries, tea and coffee). Wonderful full breakfast prepared by Dawn. Easy to find and centrally located

Lovely owner. Was very informative. Great breakfast. Room spot on! Loved the comfy sofa also in room 5 min walk to town for pubs and Designer outlet
