Ocean Bay

The property was totally deserted. No staff anywhere. It looked like it was closed. Dark, dinghy lighting. Next to a derelict hotel on one side.

What a beautiful little gem of a place , spotlessly clean with lovely modern decor , comfy beds and bedding. Cold style continental breakfast with plenty of options ,fresh juice , coffee machine and nice options for the fussier little ones . No cooked breakfast but landlady made me some scrambled egg which was just perfect for a hot option on toast. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant , having a family room for myself , my daughter and my two grandaughters , and a double room for dad both rooms next to eachother . This b&b is further down the road from piers etc but tram stop is right opposite and with just £10 for a family day ticket was ideal to get on and off and visit all up the main strip but ensuring a nice quiet nice sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas in Blackpool. Managed to park our cars right outside the b&b too we just had to wait a short while to get a space . Will definitely be back to stay again *****

the shower was really old, hard to fit into and cold.. the breakfast was quite basic would have liked some cheeses croissants and fresh fruit.. no lamp in the room.. some adjustments need to be made

Close to the pleasure beach south pire and sand castle water park. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

People turning up late 23.00 being loud and inconsiderate for other people and the children in the other rooms.

Just returned home from a weeklong UK trip from America, and this stay was amongst the best. The hospitality was above and beyond, plus the location was perfect. I would return in the future for a visit to Blackpool.
