House was clean. Furniture are a bit old but useable. For muslim, please samak first the cooking utensils n cookware since it's a chinese owner unit. Overall we had a nice stay. It's the closest to pasar filipin n a new mall just built in front of the apartment. Very accessible to almost anywhere by walking.

가격대비 성능이 탁월하다. 특히 4인이상 가족단위 여행객이나 일주일 이상 장기여행자에게는 너무나 소중한 숙소이다. 체크인은 비행기 연착으로 숙소에 새벽 세시경에 도착해도 택시가 서는 곳에 기다렸다가 숙소 안내를 해주는 사람이 있었다. 연락이 오지 않는다고 불안해하지 않아도 된다.

very conventional with just the parking bay - direction are not so friendly and lighting at the lift and corridor area to the stay floor - too dim.

年末年始に3名で利用しました。通常のホテルでは3名利用できる部屋が少なく、アパートメントを利用しました。 3ベッドルームに各室2ベッドで6名まで利用可能です。 周辺のロケーションもよく、目の前にコンビニもあります。 シャワーのお湯がぬるかったり、清掃が行き届いていないなどのマイナス点もありますが、料金を考えれば3名以上の中長期での利用にはお勧めできるホテルです。

Bad Experience.. out of expectation. Mattress worst especially at King Bed room. Toilet also not like Hotel.

好有九龍城感覺，好嘈飛機聲，車聲，樓下地盤，人來人往，半夜全屋停電，冇人理，原來係平常事，整體上可接受，
