There is an apartment-condominium and no front desk. You should contact the cell phone no. to take key at the condo management. The building is really old and you can see the tenancies. The elevator is small. But the inside is amazing. There was penthouse and 2 stories in the condo. 5 rooms and 3 baths. There has towel on each bed as well but no amenities or washing tools. The Kitchen was big and I loved dinning table. The staff was really kind and friendly and it was helpful. it was most comfortable staying, i wanna stay minimum 2 nights in there. you can find the big shopping mall across street but there has nothing to shop in the mall. plz be aware NO HOT WATER. Tips, plz take uber or grab car instead of cab. 아파트 콘도라 거주자랑 같은 층을 쓸수도 있습니다. 겉은 많이 낡았구요 별도 프론트 데스크가 없어 예약 후 예약확인증에 적혀있는 전화번호로 요청하셔야 합니다. 엘리베이트가 좁습니다. 다만 펜트하우스로 들어가면 복층구조로 5개의 객실과 3개의 화장실로 되어있습니다. 주방과 식탁이 넓구요 거실도 1층 2층에 케이블 티비가 설치되어 있습니다. 각 침대마다 수건이 비치되어 있지만 별도 세면도구는 없습니다. 뜨거운 물이 안나와요. 나와서 길건너편에 워터프론트 쇼핑몰이 있는데 별로 쇼핑할건없습니다. 다만 오른쪽으로 걸어가시면 와리산 쇼핑센터가 있어서 불편함은 없습니다. 1박이 많이 아쉬울 정도로 투숙하기 좋았던 곳입니다.

It was a nice place to stay for family. or a group of friends. the host is very helpful and friendly. location is good. just opposite KK Waterfront. Walking distance (5-10mins) to night market, restaurants, seafoods was good.

A great place to stay and recommended for those with family. However, there is 1 improvement to suggest, those families with 2 vechicles should not be charged with parking fee for the extra 1 car park. Will definitely stay there again on next visit and recommended for those traveling with family.

여행전 숙박지 선정에 많은 고민을 했었는데요, 막상 현지에 가보니 숙박시설이 참 맘에 들었습니다. 시설이 좀 낡긴 했지만 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고 특히 아파트가 도시 중심지에 위치하고 있어서 여행하기가 넘 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 훌륭한 시설이었습니다. 감사합니다....

everything is good. except bed. bed is too short to me. but u can have great memory with this place.

Thankyou Jack for arranging pickup from the airport! It was a relief not to have that extra stress when arriving in a new country Great location in KK. Perfect for our family with four children - 3 bedrooms, queen bed plus four single beds. Loved the pool! Clean apartment, comfortable beds (except for the pillows - too hard and thick) The maps were very useful. Although Jack wasn't available, his friend was friendly and helpful
