처음 체크인할 때 주인에게 키 받을 때 빼고는 주인을 볼수 없음. 방에는 개미가 많아 나중에는 돈을 더 주더라도 반드시 호텔에 묶을 예정임. 매일 수건 갈아주는 것 외에는 서비스는 없었으며 일부 창문등이 시건장치가 고장나 물건 분실 또는 외부에서 침입하지 않을까 심히 우려됨.

가족여행에는 적격이며 가까운 쇼핑몰 과 시장에서 여러가지 재료를 구입하여 요리를 해먹는 즐거운 시간을 보냈다.

청결하고 주변의 시설을이용하기에 편했음. 보안시설이 견고해서 마음에 들었고 공항, 쇼핑시설과도 인접해서 좋았음.

Comfortable and nice to stay.

Its not really good conditions but enough for staying. The staff was really helful. When i ask 'cleaning' 'new towels' ' wifi reset' they did somthing as soon as possible. Good for each rooms has air-conditional. And everyday gave new towels. Really clean swiming poor. And great location

Wonderful hotel! Clean and comfy. Very convenient, just beside several malls and take 15 minutes to Gaya.

We arrived at 2am, tired from the flight and as our phone did not work, we were not able to contact Jack to let him know we had arrived for someone to let us in. Therefore, we were delighted to find that his brother CK was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived. He had turned on the air conditioner ready for us, and gave us a great introduction to the room and surrounding area. Everything was clean and the rooms were great for a family. He also recommended the Fook Yuen Bakery across the road for breakfast - great place where you can choose from a variety of Chinese and Western style options. Nice clean pool was good to cool off every day.

Walking distance to most things. Spacious rooms but dated. Cars on the street was quite noisy. Need better curtains if you plan to sleep in after 7am. Overall comfortable stay.

Rather than stay in a hotel, we thought we'd have a condo apartment with a nice view so we could have a drink on the balcony in the evening overlooking the sea and breakfast in the morning. The first thing to say is that, if you are choosing this apartment for the view, forget it as there is a huge block of appartments being built right in front of it blocking the view completely! Jack is delightful and very helpful. He organised taxis and advised on places to go and see. I can't fault him or his staff who were all lovely. The appartment is dowdy though and poorly equipped (we had to buy some glasses). It wouldn't take much money to make it really nice but, currently, it has a '60s feel to it (not in a 'retro' way). However, walking around the town and looking at the hotels we could have stayed in, I am happy we chose Jack's Condo.

Just 20 minutes from Airport. Superb location, friendly staff, huge swimming pool & look clean. a complete house facilities. comfortable bed. settlite tv. wifi. real value for money.
