The staff appeared feral and hanging around the rooms, they had a keypad which gave them access at all times (no key) The grounds and room were in terrible condition. We paid online prior but left straight away after checking in due to us not feeling safe or comfortable. We then found alternative accommodation which was another extra expense

The manager at this property is super welcoming, honest And professional. We showed up terribly early and she ensured our room was cleaned first, and then asked us to check we were happy with it as we checked in. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very well priced for what you get. Will stay here again!

Very cheerful man welcomes you and shows you to your room, and goes through the security with you. The room is a good size, and plenty space. However a few things attention, while microwave - jug etc is provided, there are no teaspoons etc, the tea bags are loose and gone stale. The bathroom is adequate, although alot of rust in areas. But it is a cheap motel, clean enough. I would stay again, if I need to.

The host of the property was so accommodating, friendly and helpful in checking us in and giving us the best room for an extra guest we didn't plan on last minute. (room #3) The room was very tidy (albeit the shower still had old soaps in the holder and two glasses were a little dirty) however the bed was firm and comfortable, pillows were fluffy and the linen was spotless, they left enough tea and coffee, milks and biscuits. They've clearly made a few improvements such as switches with USB port holes, new microwave and paint job. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean even if on the older side and there was kids having lots of fun. I would definitely stay here for a night or two if coming back to the area as we got great value for money!

Very dated property, noisy and inconsiderate permanent residents. Room could have been cleaner. Very mismatched.

Affordable

This is the worst place we have stayed in. We booked over the phone as we were arriving late. The only positives for our stay is that the Manager was friendly and the shower water pressure was good. The Manager showed me our room, he talks quickly and gets you to sign a paper to say you are happy with the room. His reasoning is he can't understand why he is getting 'bad reviews'. As soon as the door opened there was a disgusting stench of stale smoke/mould coming from the room. The whole room was dirty and dusty! We didn't feel comfortable at all and didn't want to touch anything in the room. The smell did not go away for the whole night, we contemplated leaving but it was too late at night and we had already driven 8 hours. The bathroom louvre windows didn't close properly so there were mosquitos coming inside. There was a curtain covering the back louvers, when I moved the curtain I could see there was about 3 louvre windows completely missing. We couldn't wait to get out of there early the next morning. I would never stay here again and don't understand how properties like this are allowed to operate.

The property was sub par, cleanliness was lacking. Still had food in fridge from previous guest. Beds had no legs. Window was boarded up where air conditioner once was. Would not recommend.

We stayed at the motel for one night when in town for a sporting event. Although the motel has seen better days the management is trying to improve with obvious signs of attempts at bettering the motel. When asked to sign a disclaimer on arrival that I understand I can’t deal drugs it’s not particularly comforting when traveling alone with young children. In the end it was perfectly safe and the other guest we interacted with seemed lovely. The Asian manager was very accomodating and friendly making us feel very welcome on arrival. The showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water with soaps and shampoos provided. The refreshment station in the room was well equipped with coffee, tea, sugars and a few biscuits. A small bar fridge and new TV were also in the room. If you’re looking for super affordable and don’t mind a bit of rough around the edges then this is the place for you.

Cheapest no fuss accomodation around however curtain rod broke as soon as the on-site manager touched the curtains. The air was heavy with dust. There was shoddy repair work throughout the unit-a window(?) completely covered with fabric which seemed to be glued in the frame so we couldn’t move the fabric, stains on the bench that no amount of scrubbing could remove, the tiniest tv ever. Having said that, the parking was more than ample for our vehicle, the layout of the unit was great-spacious studio eith plenty of room to move around with a well laid out bathroom. Access in and out of the facility was easy. No fuss, budget accomodation. 7/10.
