Owner is very friendly and helpful and rushes you through the room and gets you to sign off saying the room is ok before you have a chance to move in. Cheap price and clean room. Nothing fancy. Could not get internet to work. Definitely not soundproof.

It had everything we needed - the hot water / shower was very good and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. This is a budget motel at this point and the price reflects this.

By far the worst place I have ever stayed in. I don’t know where to start. It’s so run down and dirty. Window smashed and only a curtain covering it. There was glass all around the window frame and dog next door barked most the night. Fridge had dead flys in it and had a funky smell. Carpet was moist and gross. Beds were so old and not made properly. There were no spoons to even make coffee in the morning. It was so bad just everything was broken and dirty 🤮🤢🤮😷😷I had my children there and regretted every second. See photos

The manager was great, accomodating and help with parking on our late check in. Older style units. The price of $80 for the room is inline with lower expectations and the the price is in line with the quality/comfort of the accom.

The property was clean unable to use the pool at the time of my stay. Advise cleaner the toile seat was broken. The cleaner advised management was aware not prepared to fix. I advised it was a requirement of management to fix any issues which related to client safety. Old building however clean.

The rooms are surprisingly clean considering the look of the place from outside...but that's where it ends,at check-in you are greeted with signing a waver of "no taking or dealing drugs"...this should tell you to turn and run,I hope the "permanent residents and ominous cleaning staff signed this. There is a microwave and toaster in the rooms but no plate or knife for the toast,and certainly do not expect a hair-dryer in room.The power points are about 50 year old,I'm not really sure how some of the electrical complies with safety regulations.The fridge was missing a leg and rusted,extremely off balanced.Single beds were ok but double bed was an old inner spring that were starting to pop out,not comfy.If you are unlucky enough to get the back rooms,you'll find the traffic quite noisy but you can drown the noise out with the loud air conditioner. The pool was not working and has not been for some time by looking at other reviews,so false advertising here...all photos on websites are very deceiving. If you are travelling with small children or female, you would not feel safe in this motel...mainly due to the other clientele.I would be leaving this one for backpackers and single male workers maybe, unfortunately you get what you pay for here.Cheap and nasty....worth spending an extra $20 for a sound night sleep.

The freezer was very iced up not leaving much room. Used soap and shampoo containers left in shower recess. Carpet very worn and in need of replacement. The bed was good though.

This motel is in such poor condition, every part needs attention, things within the rooms are falling apart, every part of the exterior is a mess, poor conditioned beds, largely unattended reception, no breakfast room as per description. In an attempt to have something positive to say, the shower was excellent, but that's where the positive comments end.

Reception unattended on arrival so rang number on door. Owner turned up explaining he had been on a trip to Hervey Bay to purchase items for the motel which wasn't a professional start. Guests required to fill out a form stating no drug taking or selling would take place at the motel (which can only arouse suspicion this is what regularly takes place here). Rooms were terrible; old, curtains don't close all the way, blinds don't open at all. In desperate need of TLC and one room smelled of vomit. Permanent residents living in some rooms, lurking back and forth between rooms and smoking out front. I didn't even feel comfortable sitting in my vehicle in the carpark. Please save yourself some trauma and do not stay here.
