Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient parking (free), great breakfast.

Second stay. I understand the property changed hands last year, so they are still in transition. I like the east of parking and it is a great location. Friendly hosts! But a few things looked broken and not as a clean as I would like.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated near the centre of Eastbourne and the sea front.

Great hotel, very cosy after some winter riding. Great breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Staff very nice, parking and service good. Building a bit tatty though but not a problem.

We stayed last year in a similar room i.e. budget (which is very small!). Shower this year wasn't good (on the wall so couldn't take it off to wash properly). Also have to step up & in/out not ideal. Windows rattled along with door so would suggest windproofing/updating a bit. Tv socket very lose. Apart from carpets/rooms needing tlc & more room - the staff are amazing with excellent breakfast/choice/tea/coffee & very professional/friendly reception & staff. Location is very good! I also thought it was very pricey for 2 nights stay so will probably not return to this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful new owners. Great location, walking distance to the beach and local shops. Room in hotel was comfy, but in need of a refurb.Breakfast was plentiful,which was served between 8 and 9, a bit early we thought for a Sunday morning. Nice cooked breakfast, which was cooked to order. Would recommend this hotel and would come back again. The free car park was a bonus.
