Nice property with friendly staff, owners and dog, close to the seafront.

Brilliant hosts, fab breakfast and a great place to stay.

Amazing staff, nice building, great breakfast. Play area for small children, lounge for grown ups, on-site dog! Close to beach and sights. Only negative is that parking is tricky with a big car, you'll have to squeeze through a 2 x 3 m opening to get into the car park

My room was in ideal, quiet part of the hotel. The stay and the breakfast was very good value .

Great location close to sea and theatres easy to park felt very welcome from hosts room was great had everyting we needed would be my first choice if we come back to another show

A really enjoyable stay. Lovely to see the new artwork in the public areas, really brightens it up. Steve and Renée were great hosts without being intrusive. Look forward to visiting again and seeing the next stages of change. Should make a good stay even better!

A good base to explore Eastbourne and the south coast. Good breakfast, modern decor, lots of helpful students, friendly welcome, wide range of nationalities. Very near to sea front, Bandstand, Pier, shopping centre, theatre & good eateries..

Place is still ok under new owners, though some of the onsite artwork would not be to all tastes. Steps up to front door need securing, some are loose.
