Warm and welcoming b&b run by a kind and caring couple. Thoughtful decor, excellent breakfast, great location. Was sorry to leave and hope to return.

ABYSMAL POOR QUALITY BREAKFAST WITH EXCEPTIONALY COLD ROOMS STAFF WERE OF NO HELP IT'S REALY GONE DOWN HILL IN ABOUT 2 YEARS SINCE MY FIRST STAY ON OUR FIRST VISIT STAFF WERE ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL THIS TIME ,THE COMPLETE OPSITE BREAKFAST IS SUPOSSED TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY THIS WE FOUND TO BE NOT THE CASE HERE

Warm welcome with cuddles from CK (owners dog) on arrival. Room wonderful odd creek but the age of the building you expect that. Breakfast was wonderful cooked to order and a choice of milk for tea and coffee plus a range of teas.

A warm and friendly welcome to an amazingly decorated property. It was warm and comfortable. Just like staying at a mate’s place not pretentious in any way loved our stay just wish it was for longer. The breakfast was very nice and cooked to perfection.

Last minute find ,and what a find ! A cool Canadian family with a professional but relaxed vibe. Plenty of secure rear car parking. Excellent extensive breakfast and a great bed . Relaxed checkout, plenty of tea/coffee in room and a very friendly receptionist. Top tip book direct…. it’s cheaper and supports small business ! Walk ins welcome , well I was. Will definitely be returning

The team at The Sheldon always greet you with such friendliness and as a returning guest, it's a home from home. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need and breakfast is always amazing with a good selection of hot and cold options.

Good hotel is a great location. One night stay was nice. Warm welcome, nice style decor. Large room with comfy bed. Free parking. Dropped a star because the carpet in our room(21) was stained , the tea and coffee weren't the best, had to do your own toast so the kitchen wouldn't do anything on toast i.e eggs on toast etc and you have to be seated for breakfast between 8-9am which we believe is too early especially as we were at a party the previous night. Also check out is by 10.30am, it's like they want you out and morning time a bit of a rush
