Location was the only.good thing really

We spoke to the owner as there was no heating and a sit is December it is freezing. It was raining and I could not dry my clothes. The fridge was noisey and kept banging all night so didn't get much sleep

Good location in easy reach of high street and facilities.

Our key did not open the door to the property. When we contacted the hotel we were given the code to use the keysafe whwre a staff key was kept. This was fine in the day time but very awkward at night when there was no light. Room was very cold. Radiator not on and small fan heater took a long while to heat room.
