The shower was excellent. The en-suite and room were also clean.

I wasn’t permitted to park at the house but fortunately found somewhere a short distance away. Also, the room faced on to a busy road.

It was very dated, fixtures in bathroom hanging off, strong smell of air freshner, old thinly worn bedding and fraying towels. Perhaps was clean enough, but the shabbiness gives a different appearance. Breakfast basic self serve. Was a fan which was appreciated! Has it market, but not for me sadly.£55 , i could have got better i think! On the plus side, my brother and his ex army mates, when doing gigs, have stayed a few times.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Parking available.

Not used to sleeping on a busy road so was quite noisy, but only 1 night so wasn't a big issue.

Location size facilities,not had that type of breakfast before, continental type, products left in fridge in room to prepare and self serve in the well stocked kitchen/diner. Free parking at property. Big room and excellent bathroom shower.

Initially had problems with the digital code check in , had to phone remote host, this was sorted out within 30 mins, other guests had similar issues as we spoke to a couple of them.
