The location, the facilities in the hotel communal area and the bedroom.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it. However, the key code entry, I struggled a little to get in. This did worry me as a solo female visitor - plus not having a person present to assist. However, I am sure the more I use this type accommodation the braver/more comfortable I will be.

Perfectly adequate for one night stay and value for money. Shared kitchen good but would be improved with some more utensils. Although the access code was sent in advance, the room number was not. But staff on phone very helpful and soon sorted. Overall, good.

Very clean especially the bathroom...think it has been modernised/refitted recently

Bit of a walk from Lincoln center but got my steps in, and also, there are lots of nice food places this way out

The access to the property via key pad was a nightmare and to my room as well. There was many other issues which I have already reported to the management of the hotel. I have requested a full refund, but they informed me that refunds can only be issued by Booking dot come. Could you please advise how I can proceed with a claim.

There was a problem with the bed. We were quickly switched to a nearby alternative accommodation
