Tennyson

We had a very pleasant stay at Tennyson. The location is excellent and very easy to reach, which made our trip much more comfortable. The property was clean, well maintained and everything was well organised. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Another great stay at the Tennyson. I won’t choose anywhere else now when I stay in Lincoln. Great facilities, really comfortable and fantastic having a whole kitchen to use as well

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent price.

I specified on booking.com for parking, after I had paid I noted there was no parking available. Rang the company and the woman I spoke to was just horrible. The bedside lamps didn't work.

I rather not be picky as the value was exceptional. I would go back. Everything you need is here. I stayed for four nights.

Room stank of cigarettes and marajuana. Cold, no heating. Got locked out, guy came to let me in said it was already broke and not repaired. Water leaking out from under the bath. Scolding hot water. No parking space . Toaster was worst ive ever seen. Tiny tea cups , no teaspoon.......

I stay at the Tennyson Guest House whenever I work in Lincoln, I love it. Every single thing you could possibly need, lovely room and great kitchen and lounge

The blanket is really small. I’ve been freezing till morning. And the room is very cold. I get ill. I’m not happy at all.

Cost only

No parking when I booked stated parking available, not available for twin room, only double room. Parking in Lincoln terrible anyway. I wouldn't booked it if no allocated parking space. Getting email to access the front door but failed to tell us which room No. We had to try every door to know which room we were meant to be staying in. We rang several times no-one picked up. We only got responses by email about room Number just after 19.15 when we checked in at 16:00. Do not a good customer service. Was noisy, placed us opposite main road
