Katie and Rich were lovely hosts. Great location. Clean room and good facilities. Seaview room with balcony and very comfortable four poster bed. Home cooked cakes and selection of tea and coffee.

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit dem besonderen Kuchen-Extra"

Sehr freundliche Besitzer Der selbstgemachte Kuchen war spitze

Es liegt zwar schön mit Blick aufs Meer, aber die Straße ist relativ laut und man muss (ohne Auto) immer weite Strecken laufen um zb zum Bahnhof oder zum Wanderweg nach Beachy Head zu gelangen

"Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt."

Bei Rich and Katie fühlt man sich sofort Willkommen, sie haben uns in allen Fragen geholfen. Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Straße vorm Haus ist zwar laut, aber die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll.Auch das Frühstück (zubuchbar) war ziemlich gut.

Lovely room with amazing sea views. Nice little balcony to sit out on. Owners Rich and Katie very welcoming and helpful. Katie bakes great cakes which are free to take in the conservatory. Great stay and good value for money.
