Seaview Sanctuary is a brilliant place to stay. It is super-clean, with very comfy beds and quality linen, in an excellent location overlooking the sea, with a wonderful view from the hotel. Breakfast in the conservatory - super!

Excellent stay in Eastbourne, location right across from the beach promenade, approx 10mins walking to the pier. Room was bright & comfortable with sufficient storage space. Great hosts and yes we can fully confirm that the hype behind the complimentary afternoon cake is real. The caramel banana one was our favorite and tasted absolutely 👌

Lovely relaxing stay with a balcony which was lovely. Perfect location for the seafront and town centre. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had an added bonus of cake in the afternoon which was such a nice thought..Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Nothing not to like.

The property was clean very close to the sea .It’s quiet bed comfortable and the host lovely

The small fans not ideal on a hot summer I have been lucky it wasn’t hot

Sehr gut,es war sauber und die Inhaber der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war sehr warm,keine Rollos,keine Klimaanlage.
