Fantastic service, comfort and value for our family of four when attending a nearby food festival. A historic building, so lacking some of the conveniences of a modern hotel, but this is to be expected and was no trouble at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff; food was good; the only downside was beyond their control: access to the car park was awkward because of scaffolding and the bus stop outside . Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Loverly oldey worldy hotel. Very quaint. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you Falcon hotel.
