Staff friendly and approachable, clean beds and onsite car park

Shower not functioning with low water pressure, room not ventilated prior to arrival despite very hot weather, food ok but no basic kid fayre despite family rooms, car park entrance tight!

Great location. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Room was small and very hot but on asking a fan was put in there whilst we were out so much better

Just a cooler room Lthough the weather outside was extremely tropical.

We had a lovely stay at this historic Tudor hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. John and the team were very attentive and helpful .

The staff are helpful and courteous, the location is lovely, the parking is easy, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The food was very good indeed and, they catered for my dietary requirements with well informed ease.
