Hacienda Morelos Beach Front Hotel

Awesome beach

Not a fancy hotel, but perfectly serviceable… easy pool and beach access. Very good restaurant adjacent. Close to the Central Park, shops, etc. Unfortunate daytime noise from construction across the street.

Small but cozy hotel right at the first beach line. Room was clean, with a huge balcony and amazing sea view. The restaurant at the ground floor had impressive choice of food and drinks. We enjoyed our stay there and can definitely recommend it

Had great views

We stayed here for the first time, and we loved it! The staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly; they are amazing. The patio/pool area is nice, and the beach is great. We very much appreciated the fridge in our room. It’s a great place, and if we are fortunate enough to get back to Puerto Morelos, we will stay there.

We love staying at Hacienda amórrelos. Right on the beach, walking distance to everything and the staff are amazing.

We have been here 4 times and will not be returning. Pros: the beachfront was well taken care of. The restaurant inside the hotel was excellent. Food and service 5 stars. Cons: the front desk staff and the actual manager just sit there with their heads down on their phones. The manager of the site was particularly unpleasant. We were there 7 days. We had no hand soap in our bathroom for 3 days. They didn’t ever replace the dirty cups in the room. I had to bring them to the front desk. The “free” coffee for the guests that is available at 6am is gone very quickly. Mostly due to their own staff drinking it. When it was supposed to be for the guests. It was usually gone by 8:30am. So if you want any get it early. Now towels require a cash deposit of $400 pesos for 2 towels. The quality of the hotel and arrive is very poor. We had an issue with our room and the bed was as hard a rock. I would never stay here again. We literally woke up in pain every day. And I love a hard bed. But this was terrible.

The hotel is in a great location with a lovely pool. Our room was on the ground floor by the pool which was great. Attention to detail in the room was missing as there was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival and the towels provided had been well loved and were ready for retirement. You’re absolutely paying for the location of this one. I would rate is as just okay.
