On first arrival the room smelt of foist , the milk they left us was out of date , the quilt was paper thin which had us freezing cold through the night, the heating came on but did not make one bit of difference as it was only on for a very short period of time, the pillows were hard and the bed was very springy and uncomfortable. When we did finally manage to get some sleep , there was very loud thumping music coming from the bar area and lots of shouting , this was horrendous and went on into all hours of the morning ! Also we are sure this is illegal! We had the worst night and would never stay there again ! We basically paid £80 for a night of hell! The breakfast was absolutely deplorable it was so undercooked I just could not eat it. I do not know how they can charge people this much for a stay which was in our eyes the absolute pits! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! Stay here at your own peril!
