Enthusiastic welcome from manageress and nice, very clean, bright room which was excellent value for money as Dorchester in the summer can be very expensive, Good quality towels and bedlinen and loads of tea/coffee/milk supplies.

Communal area such as stairs and corridors could do with a little TLC to match the nice quality of the bedroom.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Very efficient and friendly manageress (Danielle) and welcoming team. We will be back. Robin, Mike and Phoebe. xxx

I stayed in the Plaza room, a single bed with small ensuite. While it's starting to show its age, this was extremely clean with a very comfy bed, great water pressure to the shower, and only a minutes walk to the Dorset Record office , the reason for my stay in Dorchester. I stayed 3 nights from Wednesday and while Friday night's pub noise was audible it wasn't very loud and I still slept well. Friendly staff and one kindly carried my suitcase upstairs for me. Nice atmosphere in the pub. I'd return here if I needed to use the record office again.

Staff was lovely . Place was a good location to where i wanted to be.

Love the beds and the clean facilities. Also the extremely friendly stuff
