Staff helpful and polite. Linen was clean. Bath and sink clean. Very close to amenities.

Very poor quality furniture. Dirty painted furniture. Paintwork all over dirty with scuffs and finger marks. Needs redecoration. Rust visible on pipes etc, no sink plug, room hot, no fan and ?vent of some kind. outside bedroom window. Overlooked dirty flat roof.

There wasn’t any breakfast . Booking. com need to go and take a look at what they are promoting as it gives you a bad name .

Decor of bredroon and en-suite was terribly stained , mould on shower door and tiles . Bed was lumpy . Couldn’t leave window open as flat roof immediately level to window .
