Great location, nice garden however needs some lighting in the evenings, towels, tea and coffee included.

Arrived early as able to use car park and could see the room was upside down which set alarm bells ringing but hoped it was just being well cleaned. Checked in around 7pm and staff were friendly and polite but upon entering the room it absolutely stank which they had tried to mask with Fabreeze. There were wet patches on the carpet around the bed and what looked like blood stains down the side of the bed. The shower is difficult to use as it needs replacing and the taps are hard to turn, the shower doesn’t run out well and fills up and the shower screen is hard to shut, the toilet has no lid and the whole room was dirty and dusty. I’m no snob but for the same money we could have stayed in a premier inn and it would have been nicer. I couldn’t say if the rest of the rooms are like this but this was room 4. It’s a shame as it could be a nice place but needs some attention. There seemed to be no effort put into cleaning.

Fantastic location close to beach as only a 15-20 minute walk away very comfortable beds very quite considering its located behind the pub expected it to be a bit loud but was very quite would definitely stay again

Very helpful staff who were friendly to my child and puppy. The fact that you can get take away food and eat it in the pub garden was great. Not too far to the beach.

It would be handy to have a little fridge.

Comfy beds and the fridge in the room was very handy. Within good walking distance to the beach and town.

The bathroom did not look very clean. The skirting boards and surfaces etc were black with dust.

Good location with easy access to town. 20 minutes and you are in town.

Towels were a bit worn

Spacious, vintage furniture, nice pub attached not too loud

Would of liked more parking,

Tv wasnt working on all channels. Quite noisy untill midnight but it is a good pub.
