Staff were friendly.

Overall the room wasn't too bad, but very dusty. Felt dirty. Shower couldn't be adjusted so too hot. Mentioned it too staff, a can of WD40 sorted the problem. No WiFi couldn't connect to it at all.

All the beds were comfortable, even the sofa beds. Great location, walking distance to beach. Mini fridge in the room plus a fan. Staff were fantastic

Location and the fact it was a pub.

Shower had no pressure whatsoever and no hot water. So it was like showering under a very weak,cold sink tap,really not acceptable. Gladly we were only there for the night.

Location was good, seperate entrance/exit to the pub which was good. Good space and good layout. We had the top floor apartment. Staff in the pub that we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. Pub was very welcoming, had a basic range of beers etc, pool table, dart board, good size beer garden. Tesco, chip shop and a bakery around the corner. Kettle and cups in the room, would have been handy to have a few side plates to use when used the bakery and shop. Hairdyer, iron and ironing board in apartment. Beach within walking distance, town a nice 10min walk, also on a bus route but didn't use. Parking is available, but if you need to leave early use the tesco overflow parking as we got blocked in by a person using another apartment.

Could do with a good clean, if I'd have been there longer I would have said something and would have gone and bought my own and cleaned. Beds were ok for 2 nights but dipped in the middle of the double beds. If you like pristine clean it's not the place for you. Furniture looked like it all came from the charity shop, which is don't have a problem with but some were on the tatty side.

Spacious room with disabled ramp a double with 2 single beds really comfortable no food at property but bakery next door . Its an old traditional pub sports tvs pool table staff were brilliant plenty of outside seating and live entertainment on a Sunday afternoon would stay again .

The fridge needs replacing had to unplug as was humming alnite noise from quests upstairs

The beds were made up lovely. Immaculate bedding. Towel per bed, large and smelt amazing. Kettle with teabags, sugars and coffees in sachets. Nice big cups! Small sort of beer fridge. Ideal for a few chilled snacks or in our case milk for our toddler. A fan was running on arrival which was a very welcome addition on a hot day. The WiFi code was clear and available. Plenty of toilet rolls. Handsoap. Hand towel. Large bedroom but made to feel very cosy. Just enough furniture and plenty of lighting. Good amenities in the area. This was our 2nd visit and we will likely be back for a 3rd.

When we arrived (check in is from 4pm) it was half 4 and the room wasn't quite ready. We did speak with a lady who was looking a bit flustered and explained she has been extremely busy. It was a really hot day and we understand these things happen but I do think maybe a drink on the house while we waited may have been more hospitable. We drove for 4 hours to get here with our 5 children. Anyway once in all was well really. We got unpacked etc. There was something that had been missed during tidy up in our toilet room. I got a nappy bag and disposed of it myself. It would benefit from a deep clean for sure. The taps, shower grooves, skirting all need a good seeing to. Few cobwebs and stuff. The water pressure is terrible and the shower head does not stay up.
