The facilities are somewhat tired and could do with a freshen up. A deep clean wouldn’t hurt too.

Very homey.

No food at the pub, but we knew that going in.

Easy reach of the sea and town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was adequate for our needs.

It was close to supermarket & fast food shops

The noise from the pub, but it was explained in the other comments & description, so really can't complain about that as you knew what you were getting

Staff were great, good location, parking

The room stank of cigarettes. The shower is covered in mould. Stains on the walls and carpets

Location was within walking distance to the seafront, which was what we wanted

Parking not great, pub car park housed 3 cars at most, yes there was a car park behind Tesco but this is also used by residents of properties that doesn't include the pub, so not really suitable Room wasn't particularly clean, bedding on the bed was dirty (valance sheet), pillow cases stained, floor in bathroom around the edges was grotty, shower could do with descaling. Our room was just outside back door of pub, in the courtyard, although those sitting out there weren't overly noisy, you do have to be ok with bad language if you have the window open. We were woken on our last morning early at 6.00am, by 2 people talking about a delivery, due to the weather our window was closed so they were talking rather loudly unfortunately! The rooms further up the garden are probably better...maybe Not sure I'd recommend staying here. £160+ for 3 nights, not massively expensive by some people's standards but in my opinion overpriced for here

The cleanliness and location. Easy to walk into town in 10mins, but buses stop just outside. Safe parking out back, and really nice and helpful staff, plus the locals are all friendly, thankyou and we will be back.

The bathroom needs a little updating and new towels, please.
