Glen Rose Inn and Suites

The attendant looked like she was on crack. The room had no remote and the bathtub all the paint was coming off the basin of the tub. Couldnt use tub at all. No ive buckets n room had to go actoss the street for ice and hotel its self Looked to be in the hood or ghetto. Very unsatisfied

We didn't like being right by the busiest street in the city and also the fact that they had bedbugs. We left a day early

The worst hotel experience I've had in decades. The room had a smell. It had no chair at the desk so I could not do any work, and when I asked for one it was delivered 90mins later at 1030PM. I was already in bed. The internet was so slow I could not download large files without timing out. Did not even try streaming. TV was on when I arrived and had no remote. SHOWER DID NOT WORK.

Easy access, check-in took less than 10 minutes. Staff was attentive.

Management was friendly and helpful.

The room was on the smaller side but I think it was priced just right and actually looked better than the picture.

This place was really nice. We were greated by a very nice friendly lady that made us feel right at home right off the bat. Room was clean and super cute, we liked the decor in the room . Heater was quite and warm. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Used the location on a previous trip (2015) comfortable bed, clean, orderly. The location can use some upgrades in 2023. Issues with the television and the staff responded accordingly. Bed is still comfortable.

Most of the rooms filled with renters. No room cleaning between our 2 nights. Staff never in office. Minimum towels, blankets. One chair.

There was no towels in our room when we got there and we had to go all the way up to the front to get them. There was also no tv remote and the tv was stuck on one channel so we couldnt change it. The bed was like sleeping on a flat piece of wood. It was cheap but definitely should have spent the extra 20$ on a different hotel that would have actually came with basic necessities.
