El aire acondicionado estaba mal y hacía mucho ruido dimos aviso y no lo arreglaron por lo que el ruido afectaba el descanso

Hotel limpio y con buena ubicacion, muy cerca del Teatro Metropolitan y Metro Juarez.

La atencion del restaurante, varias veces llame para pedir servicio a la habitacion y nunca contestaron, el desayuno regular.

La amabilidad del personal Le doy un 9/10

Que el aire no sirviera, aunque nos dieron uno, me hubiera gustado que enfriara más aparte de que la televisión tenía muy pocos canales y no podía ver ningún servicio de streming
