Que el aire no sirviera, aunque nos dieron uno, me hubiera gustado que enfriara más aparte de que la televisión tenía muy pocos canales y no podía ver ningún servicio de streming

La ubicación

La habitacion no estaba limpia. El teléfono no tenía cable y había que bajar a recepción para hacer reclamos

Me gustó la ubicación.

Las instalaciones, muy deterioradas, me cambiaron 3 veces de habitación porque el ac no servía, en la que me quedé habia un olor feo, aparte no estaba la persiana que hace el blackout, realmente decadente.

La habitación tenia malo el aire acondicionado. No enfría. El plato de la ducha dispareja. Las cortinas feas y cortas, dejaban pasar luz de la calle al interior de la habitación. En general mal tenido el hotel...no cumple con los estándares Marriott

“I stayed for 4 days and had a mixed experience. The staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful—and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the room conditions were disappointing. I had to request room changes several times because the air conditioning wasn’t working and kept leaking. In the final room, the hot water didn’t work at all and the controls were broken and on the floor. While the service and location were great, the maintenance issues made my stay uncomfortable.”
