Absolutely superb. Could not fault it. Breakfast was amazing. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a proper cooked English breakfast. What more could anyone want??

Really great little touches which were unusual and a massive delight however slightly disappointed with a small toilet, shower curtain that stuck to you and swimming pool had closed for the season. Had a view of a road and the room was average size.

Excellent in every way. We were made to feel welcome and special. Perfect.

Hotel and staff are wonderful and all the little added touches like the hot chocolate in the evening and biscuits, jelly babies and marshmallows added to the experience. I would also like to say that the breakfast was upstanding the scamble egg was out of this world. I would recommend this lovely hotel and gardens.

The White House is a lovely boutique hotel converted from a former residence. We stayed in the Blue Room, one of just four in the hotel; that room overlooks the city and the Channel. The room was beautifully appointed and furnished, with many thoughtful and luxurious touches. The service was excellent (complimentary hot chocolate in the evening!) and breakfast was delicious. Jason is a consummate host and hotelier. We will stay again if we're ever back in Hastings.
