Great hotel, plesent host, great breakfast. We would recommend to anyone. Good taxi service, good prices into hasting so you dont have to drive if you dont want to.

We visited Hastings and stayed one night at this lovely place. It's so charming! The room was beautifully decorated, very tidy and clean, and the views from the window were just amazing. They also have a gorgeous garden. On top of that, they are very welcoming, they had complimentary hot chocolate with marshmallows, which was very sweet of them. Also, the breakfast was superb!

Warm friendly welcome,shown to a beautiful room with a great view and a lovely bathroom Although very clean the room showed end of season signs,stains on the carpet and chipped furniture. Breakfast was good ,all freshly cooked and the lady serving couldn't do enough for us

Fantastic stay

Four bed hotel, we stayed in the orange room, really clean and comfortable. The property dates back to the 1800's but has been tastefully modernised but retaining many original features. Definitely far better accommodation than say, the Premier Inn, which would be my usual for a single night away - this hotel would be great for a longer break. The gardens have a secluded feel about them, even though you are situated close to the town and there is an outdoor swimming pool for guests which looked really inviting! The cooked breakfast is probably one of the best I've had, being freshly prepared with quality ingredients and expertly cooked! Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Excellent Property, Very Friendly, Great Breakfast.

Lovely small hotel with beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. Big and clean rooms. If we were going there again, we would not hesitate to stay in the same place again. Easily recommendable to anyone that would like to stay in Hastings.

Great place to stay and a short downhill walk to Hastings Old Town, Castle, Fanicular railway, pubs & restaurants and great antique haunts
