Wouldn’t pick this as an actual all inclusive trip option. We ended up here because our flights were delayed a day and our initial resort was booked. This resort was very dated. The rooms were nothing better than a Motel 6. The water stopped working after washing our hands. The noise from the “party” was loud, the patio door didn’t close all the way and neither did the window in the bathroom. The drinks were awful. The food was worse. You get “beach access” by walking down a shady street to another resort and going to the beach. The “entertainment” is a joke. Not everything was actually included- which was confusing. Spend a few more dollars and get the good all inclusive experience elsewhere. But if you need a night to stay- still go elsewhere.

Not a great place to stay, took a trip with my son for Christmas and was very unimpressed with resort. Zero entertainment, resort smelled horrendous, Food was very mediocre at best, no power for last 3 days in our room. Didnt help the weather was horrible there and street flooded couldn’t go anywhere. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Clogged plumbing and common areas flooded inside the property as well as the street on the outside

The customer service at thisnhotel was superb! Not wvwyone was as friendly and professional as the front desk and guest service personal. Johanny was extremely professional and gave nothing but 5 star service. Yordy and many more whom I cant remember all the names. I would like to express my thnaks again to many of the staffs there!

Great little hotel in the beast of Bavaro

Miguel, the food and beverage manager was AMAZING. He was so attentive and hard working. Was at the hotel morning noon and night all day everyday. Drinks were bad until i discovered the gin and tonic. Beer was good. Presidente. Food was pretty good but not my taste overall. Breakfast omelettez were awesome. Room was old but clean except when the A/C unit leaked and the mini fridge froze my mango and my friends insulin.
