Pobre el buffet (no ofrecen variedad) y bastante malos los tragos.El personal muy cordial y servicial Pero hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen.Se nota la mala Administracion y organizacion.

The photos on Expedia are not up to date. This place was not what we expected at all. Theres maybe one person that speaks English. I tried to ask the chef to change the bowl for making my omelet and he did not understand. I had to use the translation app and he then proceeded to wipe the bowl with paper towel and then put my eggs in there. We paid for an all inclusive but we maybe ate at the resort a total of four times and we were there for seven days. Almost All of the food has pork in it. I mentioned that to the person at the front desk and he just chuckled. The showers had mold in them. This place is not it.

Food wasn’t the best. Not many options and good quality

I like landscaping. I like the friendly stuff. Especially Franklin, Angel, Evelyn. Other than that everything was very poor. Not enough food in the buffet . We didn’t have hot water last 2 days something went wrong with electricity. No air conditioning no outlets working nobody came to fix it even we reported complaints couple of times. I know is not very expensive hotel but i didn’t expect this much poor condition. I would not recommend this place.

The staff is amazing, we had a great time. The facility is good but the food is not so good. General we can say that it is a nice hotel for the price.
