Tv no fue la mejor

Just when we arrived people were complaining about the people who did the cleaning took their money and was not just one couple people. The food its bad we have to eat on the restaurants around. People dont treat you well and I mean in general everywere. Its was raining every day and the streets if you want to go and walk you cant because was flood almost everyday.the hotel does not provide enough towels the roof was leaking and the doors to get in the rooms we have to try couple times because the bad conditions of the doors.

Nice place, exelente price, the only thing is the beach, have to be clean.

Property is old but everything was ok with the price there are good option for excursions

Even though the walk to the beach was not too far, they should advertise that their property is not right on the beach side. Other than that, beautiful beach, but should be cleaned more properly as there was so much algae. If you walk further down the beach that’s owned by other resorts, they do a much better job keeping their side of the beach cleaner and there’s not as much algae. I understand that algae is natural but some resorts do a much better job keeping their water and sand cleaner. As for the resort itself, it was nice but would appreciate if there was more things to do and more entertainment for the guests during the day rather than just at night.

i love the resort

We were so bummed to learn that they had sold the ocean front building, so our plans to pay extra for them were not an option as in past stays. The staff members were great, the food options sufficient and that beach front is fabulous. One in our group got sick, but since only one, she thinks she may have accidentally swiped her toothbrush under the faucet. Dang!! For a low budget, last minute beach hang, the rest of us enjoyed it. HUGE bonus is the ability to move the beach loungers to where you want!! Game changer! Though many are broken, when we could score enough decent chairs, we loved that.
