Buffet: Food wasn’t fresh, spoil cheese. You can tell chef kept reusing food for days. Drinks: very sweet (syrupy)

Was way cheaper then the other resorts, but I wasn't willing to pay 5grand or more for a week. Everything was good enough for me, liked all the foods, staff was excellent. Afterall the beach and the sun is the only thing that really matters :)

They have room cleaning service won’t a few days and you have to chase they down sometimes to clean your room . They need to update the air conditioner boxes because they look old .

AMAZING!!!! Stayed at this resort with a 13 person spring break group and was not disappointed. While it is not a party resort, it was everything we needed and more. The staff are amazing at creating a lively scene (perfect for our pregames), interacting with guest, and providing amazing and friendly service. Food is great, many options daily with chefs available to make food upon request! Beach is a 2 minute walk with beach bar and beach chairs! Resort beach activities like morning yoga and games!! Great mix of guest from all over the world. Would say it’s perfect for any type of stay! Rooms were very clean and staff did a great job of cleaning and tidying daily (especially us since we were in spring break). Will be booking again!!

The staff made this the worst experience. Poor customer service, not manner when talking to people, asked for towels that I’m still waiting for. Other than the staff everything else was decent

Some staff members were friendly and nice however others were rude and not helpful. The room was for 4 people but they only provide 2 towels. The food was mediocre but I did like that they had some of the local food. Overall I did enjoy my stay but I would say there is room for improvement.

A simple resort. Room is clean. It has everything you need. I recommend this resort for those first time goers!

Not much to do once there

The property was small-limited areas. The worst thing was that there was mold in the pool which was disgusting, the ocean was dirty, the washroom was extremely tiny with an ancient toilet and sink (dirty), there was a sewage smell in various areas of the property. The housekeeping is not regular, we had to request fresh towels, bottles of water and toilet paper. The only reason I have given a 3-star is because the staff was courteous and the front desk changed our room upon request.
