Staff was friendly, car serve was great. The pool was a nice addition. Breakfast was average.

Had low expectations due to the general conditions in Calbayog -- that is a lack of tourist industry. But this hotel was good to very good in every category.
Overall a good stay and good one on one service with some staff. However the room lacked any hotwater at all and when informed of this the staff simply didnt seem to care and offered no explaination or means of fixing the situation. Coupled with this the TV wasnt working and again no offer to fix or change rooms was made. More of a concern were the tiles used on the shower floor, they were not or the roughed surface kind so as soon as you placed a foot inside the shower you were likely to slip and fall. Watch out! Only staying for a night so no biggy, but wouldnt be acceptable for a longer stay. Good shuttle service to airport.
