Professional hotel staffs, room service is very good, mini bar, coffee, electric kettle, free shuttle service is a plus to room amenities, room and comfort room is clean, i would really book here again for a long stay in calbayog for my next visit

Friendly staff and nice area. Everything clean and problem free. Fast wifi in room. Great choice of breakfast and varied each day. Extended my stay from 3 to 6 days and will come again.
An unexpected luxury hotel in the province. When they completed the work on this place is what you would expect to take 6 months to a year it will be 1st class and I wouldn't consider any other option in Calbayog.
The accommodations are clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Considering this is the best hotel in the area, that's not saying much. This hotel met the bare requirements for a place to rest and relax. The front desk was not too pleasant and a bit abrupt. The cafe food and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The rest of the staff could use more awareness in customer service. The hotel facilities could use some updating.
Been to this hotel a couple of times now and its nowhere near as good as past visits, its hard to believe the ciriaco was only completed about four years ago. Maintenance seems not to be a concern at all. Also, the food served at breakfast on some mornings was shockingly bad. I did notice a couple of new hotels have appeared in calbayog, maybe that's just what the owner's of the ciriaco need to get them motivated... a bit of competition !
