So fancy rooms and relaxing pool!!!! Chilled!! All day fine dining only except the breakfast was so various!! The best waiter was Mattia!! Very caring and friendly!

So far and disconnected cuz it was so high on mountain. Experienced the massage at the spa room and it was below the standard.

The hotel is quite new so the rooms are nice but very dark and big windows into it so no real privacy. The pool is nice.

The staff, restaurant and especially the customer service needs a big improvement. The breakfast buffet is super minimalistic where they want to show pride in their “ecologically farmed products”. In reality, all they offer is low quality cheese and yoghurt that you buy in a supermarket together with a dry scrambled egg and dry bread with the possibility to pay an extra 6-8 euros to get either pancakes or an omelette. The only product that we noticed from their own farm was the jam. For lunch and dinner, we had a difficult time to find something we wanted to eat. We were given an iPad with pictures and long descriptions of each dish. Everything on the menu is complicated and they do not understand the concept of simplicity or classic dishes. After all, we ordered 3 cheese balls for something like 15 euros and a small pasta dish each for 20 something each. Also, when my girlfriend asked what she could order as a vegetarian the staff member sighed and said they could remove the anchovies from one of the dishes. Once it came out it still had the anchovies on it. To summarise, we do not recommend the restaurant at all due to the high prices, low quality food and bad service. When giving them feedback on Google, and reading other people’s reviews together with the owners replies, we noticed they are the same online as they are in person. Rude and not open to them having any room for improvement. Instead they harass their guests and tell them they are wrong. Finally, the hotel did not have anything of that little extra that you expect from a hotel charging 200+ euros a night. No water on the room, no knowledge of where we can go for wine tasting nearby, no new towels to the pool unless you pay for it and no help in carrying the bags across the pebble ground to the parking once you check out. Generally, the people in the reception were unhelpful no matter what you asked for and the people in the restaurant were tired ans not service minded at all unfortunately.

It’s a small and beautiful resort - very peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful (particularly at the pool bar). Breakfast is great for those with a sweet tooth. Only 20 min drive into Cefalù town, although very steep and winding road (not lit) so we chose to avoid doing that after dark.

There is a lovely pool but not really anything else to “do” so wouldn’t suit people looking for activities. Food at the restaurant was good but not amazing - it’s quite a high end style of cooking which is nice but maybe not what you’d want to eat every night and there isn’t a more casual alternative. Egg dishes and smoothies etc at breakfast are charged separately and for the price, I think all breakfast should be included. Similarly, it’s not reasonable to charge guests for a clean pool towel in the name of being environmentally friendly.

The vegetation and gardens were lovely.

The wooden deck around the pool was uneven and needed repairs. The sunloungers were not comfortable at all. Ordering off an iPad (only one for a table of 4) was difficult. Writing our credit card details on a piece of paper because it's "hotel policy" is totally unacceptable. It said 2 rooms, but the one room did not have a door and also had the fridge and coffee machine. So, one couple did not have any privacy.

Quality, cleanliness, wonderful surroundings, friendly staff, amazing pool, and sun lounges. Massage at spa was really good and relaxing.

It's a bit far from town, the restaurant menu is not great for children.
