Large room, nice hotel

The shower head fell off twice and soaked the carpet outside, we requested a room change but unfortunately couldn’t get one. Water in the shower wasn’t very hot.

Really beautiful hotel, and located in a central spot making it very easy to get around the city by foot. The rooms were nice and big. The check-in was smooth as well. There is street parking available in front of the hotel, which is mostly free if you're visiting over the weekend (paid for short stays during the week, free after 5pm)

While the facilities were good upon checking-in (free bottled water, tea/coffee/milk and a snack), they are not replenished during a multi-day stay. The beds are were also not tidied up at any point. We notified the front desk requesting general some room service, however non of that was provided which was a bit disappointing. When we requested some new mugs for tea, we were asked to get them ourselves from the communal guest kitchen (which is fine) however the kitchen had no extra mugs. The lift was also not working on the day we checked in, which required us to carry bags using stairs, which again can be tricky for some with some disability.

Staff are always welcoming and rooms are clean and fairly priced. Excellent location

The staff were helpful. The hotel is lovely. Good stay
