Good location. Large comfortable rooms. Good value.

Need to notify for daily cleaning. Very noisy room (near elevator/elevator motor). Front desk only open 8am to 8pm, can make difficult comms with Property management prior to work hours (checkout, discuss invoice, store bags)

Reception staff were excellent and happy to accommodate my early check in request. Room was spotless, comfortable and well priced. Deducted a star because the hot water in my shower wasn’t working properly.

Beautiful clean spacious room. Comfortable beds, great value for money. We booked a room for 4 adults but were only supplied 2 of everything. The common kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment, microwaves etc but there were no cups glasses or cutlery in there either. apart from that it is a beautiful place to stay in a good location. I would give 5 stars but ony having 2 of things was a pain.

Close to Rundle mall. Plenty of buses nearby to go anywhere. Walking distance to market and China town. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Kitchen to cook which is shared by the patrons on the floor. Laundry downstairs . Staff was helpful

The bathroom needed TLC. The water had a habit of going under the shower door.

Had character

The smell, it smelt damp and unclean, covered up with a glen 20 smell
