"Cucaracha en el Café y Pésimo Servicio Post Episodio"

La verdad es que la estadía estuvo opacada por un episodio tremendo que arruinó nuestras vacaciones. En un restaurant especializado mi mujer al tomar el café luego de la cena, se encontró con una cucaracha en su boca.

No solo fue el episodio en si sino lo que siguió despues con los responsables al dilatar una respuesta y compensación para solo ofrecer el reintegro de dos noches cuando la estadía fue de 12 y el episodio ocurrió a los 5 días de haber llegado. No solo eso sino que continuando el reclamo y conversaciones con la Central de Riu Reclamos, seguimos ofrecen 4 noches gratis en cualquier hotel cuando lo que menos queremos es regresar a alguno de ellos La verdad es que si pueden evitar este hotel, evitenlo.
