Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro - All Inclusive

The staff was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurants and the buffets were great too. Zen restaurant was our favorite but you need to go early in order to make sure you get a table. There is no reservations for any of the restaurants, just first come first serve basis. The main pool with the bar was always packed but there was another adults only pool that was lovely and the service was great there. The beach was so nice and there was plenty of seating for the amount of people staying at this hotel. They had events at night that were super cute like circus themed, karaoke, etc. The rooms were also lovely. Everything from checking in to checking out and in between was super easy.

Very very minor but I wish there was service for drinks at the beach. The bar is close by but we had to go over each time we wanted a drink or something. Not the end of the world but would've been nice.

Les bâtiments rénovés et propres, les parcs extérieurs, la chambre spacieuse et jolie, la proximité avec la plage, le buffet et les animations.

Nous avons opté pour l’Elite Club. L’espace piscine est bien, mais aucun contrôle n’est fait, des mineurs et des personnes sans bracelet adapté restaient dans l’espace réservé. De plus, l’espace devrait-être également réservé pour le midi et le soir, pas uniquement le matin, ce n’est plus un adult only du coup.

En general todo muy bien ,muy limpio y muy bonito

Una cosa que no me gustó es que te sientes prácticamente obligado a dejar propina en cada comida! Los mismos empleados que no reciben propina si trato ya no es tan amable !
