"Great location for the walled city"

We enjoyed our stay. Shame there isn't more of a restaurant but breakfast was superb. The maids kept the place spotless. And the location was perfect.

"Good location/parking...breakfast/room overpriced"

Very close to the city, and excellent secure parking (surcharge). Had a problem with the air conditioning in the room and was moved to a much smaller room, where it was working...rooms were clean and pleasant enough and the staff were very helpful but was disappointed that they only refunded us the car parking charge of 10 euros...I think for the inconvenience of having to move rooms and to a smaller room than what we had booked, they should have refunded us the cost of the breakfast which was definitely overpriced at 12 euros each...breakfast was very poor for the price anyway...wasn't buffet style, so you couldn't choose what you did, or didn't, want, you were just given your 'allocation'..(croissants/bread/jam/small piece of cheese and ham). Overall thought the rooms and breakfasts were overpriced, but was in a good location.

Reception staff unhelpful in giving tourist advice and directions. Rooms small, but clean. Pool also small, but clean and very accessible. Internet slow and charging outlets few. Excellent location for visiting the castle.

"hotel very close to castle"

Lovely reception and outdoor areas/pool ara. Very helpful and friendly staff- bilingual ENG/FR Rooms are clean, AC works fine Bedroom are small, but this is not unusual for the area

"Carcassonne is such a beautiful place. "

My husband had a fall, through no fault of his own - just sheer negligence on behalf of the hotel. No accident book was available to report the incident, and no offer to pay for a taxi to take us to the station as he could walk with difficulty. Hotel manager was very rude and unhelpful.

"Nice hotel walking distance to castle"

Nice location for castle. Room was large for the four of us. Good ac. Felt great. Food was a little bit of a walk but no bad
