Hotel l'Octroi

Pleasant stay. Nice breakfast for a fee. Reasonably priced, safe parking. Great location. Spacious rooms for price. Pleasant staff.

Really interesting layout and cool decor. Located so close to La Cité. I would come back and stay here again.

Very modern hotel near eateries and a short walk to the old bridge and castle. Good access tho you’ll have to pay for parking (but very secure and convenient)

Stayed at L'Octroi with another couple after booking two rooms on hotel.com. We arrived first and were allocated room 170 which appeared to be one of two rooms located on the ground floor. The room was relatively comfortable but there's only a window to the internal 'garden' which lets little light in and we had an issue with mosquitos coming from the bathroom all night possibly from the sink. In contrast, our friends had room 347 (from memory) which was excellent with glimpses of the castle and seemed to be more of a room than the dinghy closet we had. Overall the hotel was nice and modern with a great little pool but check pricing on drinks before ordering as they are ridiculous!

Small hotel 5 minutes walk to old City.... rooms were small but perfectly adequate. Nice little pool for a dip at the end of a hot days sightseeing. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location just outside the Cite, clean, comfortable, modern and well maintained, and with a lovely swimming pool and outdoor area. Perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Good value, excellent location, Air con is behind the curtain and a bit noisy

Very nice room, a bit small. Clean and well appointed all we needed for a single night. The decor was contemporary and a nice change from the renovated old building. The pool temperature was great and very nice after a long day of walking. The location is great very close to the old city so you can go both during the day and for shots. At most a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Parking is great and secure right across the street.

This hotel is super close to the walled castle, you can easily walk there for dinner or to explore for the day. The breakfast served was a little disappointing, mostly just bread and croissants with a little bit of yogurt and meat. It was all delicious but we would have liked more protein and less bread. The rooms are average, nothing to phone home about but perfectly comfortable for our short stay. We unfortunately did not get to use the pool as it closes quiet early (8pm) so beware if you plan on checking in late. The staff was courtois and helpful, again nothing to phone home about here but we were happy. I'd book this hotel again just for the fact that we could walk to the castle so easily.
