Blackberry Hills Munnar - Nature Resort & Spa

Nice view of valley and staffs are well trained and friendly.

Terrain could be a bit difficult for aged or with less mobility. Swimming pool could be better, I could see leafs, insects and white foamy bubbles on the pool, could be better managed.

Fabulous mountain retreat. Good choice of food at restaurant. Friendly staff.

Noisy roof at night.

Awesome place for honey moon couples and families who want a romantic/quiet stay in midst of fog/mist/drizzle/rains/fabulous scenaries...would love to go back many times again...

The place is not ideal for old people as there are 90 plus steps (steeep) to climb down and up from reception to cottages.. The washrooms in cottages are very tiny and always wet and does not justify the size of cottage. However, the garden suites are amazing and new and fabulous...

This place is magical. A georgous place to stay in Munnar. One of the main draws for us was the bird watching, waking up to the loudest bird song we'd ever heard. On top of that the room and facilities were all excellent, the on site restaurant staff were exptremely friendly and food was delicious. We enjoyed morning yoga classes and especially the walk across the site with Nikil and dog Banjo. They also organised a walk/tour across the lakshmi tea estate with Arun who was brilliant, full of knowledge and brought us snacks and drinks. The reception also organised taxis when we sadly had to leave. Highly recommend for relaxing, wildlife and amazing views.

Nature, Comfort, & Proximity to the town

- The waiters serving food at the resort restaurant weren't aware that I had booked the room that included breakfast and dinner. I was restricted to order only certain dishes for dinner that doesn't exceed the price limit. This was neither informed to me while booking nor the staff at the restaurant. - Breakfast menu was too limited - needs improvement. - Not suitable for elders. Provision to be made in the form of lift as they can't climb the stairs

Awesome property and view

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Teeplantagen. Die Unterkünfte sind über schön angelegte, geschlungene Wege am Hang zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Sehr gute Betten, schöne Räume und ein komfortables Bad.
