Easy book in. Nice food. Friendly staff.

My stay at this hotel wasn’t the best. The room had dirty walls that really needed repainting, and one floorboard stuck up – when stepped on, it lifted and a screw poked upwards, which could easily catch someone out. The steps in the bathroom also felt awkward and a bit unsafe. Breakfast was really underwhelming – there wasn’t even a basic stand of cereal or croissants, and no juice at all, just tea and coffee, which isn’t great for kids. I realised after that I could’ve stayed at a nearby big chain for just £3 more per person, with unlimited breakfast, and I regret not checking. The only positive was the friendly receptionist, who was genuinely lovely.

The room is very spacious with a great view of the Thames and Bathroom has a nice bath and show.Its a little dated but works perfectly with plenty of hot water and TV large and positioned well.For the price they sell the rooms it's a bargain with Breakfast extra for £7 another great price.The pub also on the night I stayed had karaoke but not food.So brought a takeaway away as plenty in the area

The room with a view of the river was pleasantly surprising. The shower was very basic and needed a little more oomph and either the shower screen wasn't fit for purpose or there was a leaky pipe under the bath but there was always a puddle of water around the toilet and bath. Overall the room provided a good stay for a good price, would stay again if the bath/shower was sorted.

Cleaners never entered the room in a 3/4 days to give toilet paper or clean towels

Food was great. Staff were friendly but bed was alittle hard for me but will definitely stay again

could not get parked car park was full to over capacity no on street parking either in the end did not stay there as car would have been damaged would never book there again
