Close to train station. Meals were nice. Breakfasts good

Room was clean but very dated and in need of updating. Struggled to park on the evening

The hotel is tired, dated and needs painting. The check in was a nightmare as everything had to be done on a smart phone with no other alternative. This caused a long wait as may guests we’re struggling with the process with no flexibility from the staff to allow people not very familiar with smart phones to check in with a paper signature.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK..Turned up to find what looked like renovation going on scaffolding over the building not well lit up wasn’t sure if it was going to be opened at first.The car park was full with vans and trucks.Receptionist was helpful but would be nice to be greeted with a smile but then again I couldn’t help but feel sorry for her working there.Full of dirty builders load and smelly.Food menu very basic.Bar staff nice.Room better than the rest of tired out hotel. Nosey people turning up late kept us awake.Then noisy builders leaving in morning trucks starting them loud talking Nosey road then just when you think it can’t get any worse the cleaners turn up so so so nosey laughing chatting none stop,don’t no who was worse the cleaners or the builders.Gave up in the end husband didn’t go a work because lack of sleep and I had to go to work.SO THANKS CLEANERS AND BUILDERS FOR THE NICE REST AND ENJOYABLE EVENING….Never again!

booked and paid for in full online. on arrival had to then hand over my credit card details including the 3 digit security code to register. then had to produce identification which was photo copied. cold night in a cold room radiator was just warm and did not heat the room, it was very dated and in need of face lift. this was my first time at this hotel and certainly my last.

The hotel looked and felt a bit tired.

A Great Experience. The outside of the hotel is undergoing renovation, but once you step inside it looks great. Friendly Staff, Delicious food, A Comfy room. I can just imagine the atmosphere on a Bright Summers day, when all of those benches a stones throw from the River Thames are full of locals having a pint, enjoying the view. I'll be back for that.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good value

After the booking was made i was looking forward to the stay. Upon arrival, I was shock, looked like a building site..worse, there was no order, sofers dump out side. Two builders vans park there. I wasnot staying there.

We stayed in The Deluxe River View room and it wasn’t enjoyable. Upon arrival there was a very noticeable musky smell. The floor was peeling which ended up in the bed. Loads of dead splattered spiders on the walls.
