Islanda Resort Hotel

Comfortable room within walking distance of restaurants and beaches. The pool is great and the view of the ocean and islands is beautiful.

Breakfast was not good. There are many staff that watch you throughout breakfast, but don’t refill anything once it has gone. On the days that we were there, we arrived for breakfast just after some other guests who had taken all of the pastries, fruit and salad. Once this was gone the staff did not refill so we had none despite it being an hour before closing. This was the most expensive place we stayed throughout a 3 month trip in Thailand and the poorest breakfast. It is a shame as with a bit more care and replenishment of items, it could have been really lovely. The room was advertised as having a bath. After 3 months of travelling, this was one of the main reasons for booking. As there was no plug, I asked at reception and was told that the bath cannot be used as water is too expensive. I do understand this if water is difficult to obtain on the island but do feel that the room should not be advertised as having a bath if it cannot be used. No water refill. The single use plastic waste is a big problem and this hotel needs to address this with somewhere that guests can refill water bottles. Whilst a kettle and cups is included in the room it would have been nice to have some tea/ coffee replenishment when the room was made up so that we could make use of these.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and put the customer first. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and I slept well. The view of the ocean from the pool is magical. The location is perfect- close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Great building with relaxing atmosphere. The pool has a nice view and the staff were very friendly. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful.

The hotel organized the transfer from BKK to hotel and to next island with fair prices, they rent scooters in good conditions at good prices, the location has an awesome view, staff is super friendly, the whole hotel is clean, breakfast is on nice terrace and sufficient choices, the only thing was a bad smell in bathroom which might be due to bad pipe construction.

Great location, super friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended! The swimming pool with it's view is super nice.

The restaurant can use a little upgrade, the breakfast ain't much.

Infinity pool is amazing with incredible views and the pool area was quite quiet. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast system was a little odd and confusing but other than that the stay was great!
