Hatte Budgetzimmer gebucht,mit Gemeinschaftsdusche/Toilette. Zimmer umgeben von einer herrlichen Gartenanlage,und es verfügte über Schliessfach, und war einfach aber komfortabel. Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen waren super-sauber. Rezeption war freundlich, wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter auch, und sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings Beratung zu Ausflügen war nicht so gut, dafür war die Touristeninfo nur gut 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Restaurant hatte eine gute Auswahl zu üblichen Preisen, direkt am Meer gelegen, und nett dekoriert war es sehr angenehm hier. Swimmingpool nut einmal kurz benutzt. Das Cafe als Alternative zum Restaurant hat doch eine limitierte Auswahl, und daher nur einmal besucht.
I will go there it again if I return to Madang. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean.
THE STAFF WAS NON ABLE TO MANAGE MY COMFORTABILITY. NO A SINGLE TIME I WAS ASKED ABOUT MY STAYING. MANY TIMES I HAD TO ASK FOR SERVICE IN THE ROOM. THE RESTAURANT IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE, VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY POOR FOOD. TRANSPORT FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT WAS NOT PROVIDED. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO SAY A WORD TO THE OWNER ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT.
I was welcomed, given wonderful and courteous service. Local buses very convenient and the lodge driver, Martin, always ready to take you around. The premises where immaculate. The ladies put a lot of love into their work

Madang Lodge isn’t to be missed! Being fairly well traveled, I am rarely surprised. It is exceptional value and yet that isn’t its greatest selling point. The service at Madang Lodge is absolutely extraordinary. Imagine a staff dedicated to what I might wish for, and there is someone on hand that already anticipated what I hadn’t yet realized I needed. Usually I comment on one, perhaps two outstanding staff, but at Madang Lodge, the entire staff, in all departments, deserve gold stars.
Nice place by the water and a good range of accommodation options. Lots of services including free wifi. It's pretty expensive for what you get, but that's PNG. Food was basic and not particularly nice, but the setting by the water and the sea breeze is great
Really lovely setting, immaculate gardens and good range of services. Free wifi also a bonus. Rooms are expensive as they are elswhere in PNG but at least there are some budget rooms here, though these are pretty basic. Food is really bland and not up to standard in my view which was a big letdown.

Un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais c'st peut-être mieux car ce doit être bruyant là bas. Accès à tous les services même si on prend la chambre la moins chère càd wifi (même si pas top), piscine, resto, navettes pour aéroport et pmv. Resto un peu cher et impossible de faire à la carte pour le petit déj par exemple
